What Steve thinks......
The 835-1 Hull-a-Port kayak carrier is a solid, well made,albeit basic product. However, if I was spending the money I would pay the extra and get a J-cradle that folds flat when not in use.
I would recommend buying an extra set of basic tie down straps for securing the ends of your kayak to your vehicle towing points.
